Monday night we finished up 25 man coliseum. We were a week behind most of the other guilds kills for Anub'arak, due to laborday weekend we had taken the week off.

Sundays raid started with a slightly unbalanced raid group. After killing a couple bosses in Ulduar for the first couple hours we went to take on Sarth +3 drakes. This was a fight that we had left by the way side once 3.1 hit and Ulduar went live. Sunday night we returned and completed it. Ashes was the lucky winner of the twilight drake with a big roll of 99. Nice work to everyone and a major grats to Ashes.

With the addition of patch 3.2 and the opening of the Coliseum. We have shifted our focus, the Coliseum is now our progression zone and we have killed both the northrend beasts and Lord Jaraxxus on 25 man normal. Last week we spent our remaining raid time in Ulduar 25 and was able to kill General Vez... a very nerf'd version of General Vez, but the big lobster is dead as well.

Tonight marked our first night of actual work on Mimiron. Our efforts were rewarded with a kill at the halfway point in the raid. Great work to all.

In the last couple weeks we have seen 2 new bosses killed in 25 man Ulduar. Freya and Thorim.

Tonight marked a bittersweet evening for The Shiny Brigade. We said goodbye to two of our oldest members this afternoon, as they left to pursue other avenues in the game. That evening in the Ulduar raid we defeated Hodir. Nice work to everyone on the first of the watchers to fall.

May 17th, we had entered heroic Ulduar with the intention of working on the Iron Council. A one shot on our first attempt led us to work on Auriaya, wich resulted in a one shot as well. Two new progression kills within the first hour of the raid night. Excellent work everyone, tomorrow we begin some serious work on the watchers.




Due to the fact that Pod has been lazy lately... here are screenshots of our Ignis and Kologarn kill.... I seem to have misplaced the shot of Razorscale.

After several hours of work, and a heartbreaking enrage timer wipe at 4%, we finally managed to take down the XT002-Deconstructor. Additionally we were 2 dps short the entire night until immediatly following the kill. Nice work to all, we begin work on the Iron council tomorrow.
